Opportunity Timeline is important to understand how you and your team is interacting for a particular opportunity.


  1. Greater Visibility - Gives the manager greater visibility for each opportunity.
  2. For each opportunity you can now see the interactions done by your team and the client team  
  3. Understand the events (when the opp was created, when a proposal was created, when the value of the opp was changed, etc) on the Opportunity Timeline.
  4. You can also see the activities between any specific dates.
  5. Go to Opp —> Click any Opp —> Click “View Opportunity Timeline"
